Low Carb Keto Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Add the melted butter and mix
  • Add the eggs
  • Add the baking powder and mix
  • Add your heavy cream
  • Mix your dry and wet ingredients really well
  • Scoop out your portions with your ice cream scoop onto a parchment sheet on a tray
  • Bake in the oven
