Ingredients
  

Savory Chaffle

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Sweet Chaffle

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon diet sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Notes

Let’s get started with the savory chaffles,
Add the flaxseed, almond flour, coconut flour, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, water, and salt. Notice that there are no eggs.
For the sweet chaffles,
Add your flaxseed, coconut flour, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cinnamon, sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and salt.
For either chaffles version, mix really well then again mix the batter with your hand and make small balls. Then with your waffle maker on and heated, add the ball-shaped batter, and gently press on the batter then let cook. They should take 4-6 minutes, and the sweet chaffles because they have only the coconut flour would take a few more seconds.
The chaffles are ready, get creative with your toppings!
