Ingredients
  

Strawberry Ice Cream:

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberry
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Substitute sugar
  • 1/2 1 tbsp Heavy Cream

Chocolate Ice Cream:

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Substitute sugar
  • 4-5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

keto Strawberry Ice Cream

  • Cut the frozen strawberries to slices
  • Blend the strawberries in your electric blender
  • Add sugar substitute and vanilla extract
  • Add heavy cream to the blender
  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Now you have your ice cream
  • Transfer the mixture to a clean and dry container and cover it doesn’t form a film
  • Keep in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours before serving

keto Chocolate Ice Cream

  • whip the cold heavy cream on medium/high speed (you can use the hand mixer or the stand mixer)
  • add the sugar substitute, turn the speed up tp high and whisk the mixture
  • turn off the machine and add the vanilla extract
  • whisk the mixture again
  • add the unsweetened cacao powder, mix them the mixture with a spoon
  • Pour the ice cream in a dry and clean jar or container
  • Keep them in the freezer, it will be read to serve after 3 to 6 hours.
