Instructions
keto Strawberry Ice Cream
Cut the frozen strawberries to slices
Blend the strawberries in your electric blender
Add sugar substitute and vanilla extract
Add heavy cream to the blender
Blend all the ingredients together
Now you have your ice cream
Transfer the mixture to a clean and dry container and cover it doesn’t form a film
Keep in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours before serving

whip the cold heavy cream on medium/high speed (you can use the hand mixer or the stand mixer)
add the sugar substitute, turn the speed up tp high and whisk the mixture
turn off the machine and add the vanilla extract
whisk the mixture again
add the unsweetened cacao powder, mix them the mixture with a spoon
Pour the ice cream in a dry and clean jar or container
Keep them in the freezer, it will be read to serve after 3 to 6 hours.
