Beat 3 egg yolks and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Add the sugar substitute
Wisk the egg whites in a different bowl until frothy and fluffy.
Transfer the egg whites mixture onto the beaten egg yolks bowl, and gently fold both together
Gradually add the almond flour and gently fold as you go until all flour is well incorporated into the mixture.
Transfer the batter into a biscuit press machine and start carefully dispensing the batter on a baking sheet, and make sure there is enough space between each biscuit
Bake in a 375 F° preheated oven for 11-15 minutes, keep an eye on the biscuits for just when they get golden around the edges.
Let them completely cool down before serving or storing.
