How to make low carb ladyfingers with almond flour

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 white eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1+1/2 cup almond flour
  • sugar substitude

Instructions
 

  • Beat 3 egg yolks and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • Add the sugar substitute
  • Wisk the egg whites in a different bowl until frothy and fluffy.
  • Transfer the egg whites mixture onto the beaten egg yolks bowl, and gently fold both together
  • Gradually add the almond flour and gently fold as you go until all flour is well incorporated into the mixture.
  • Transfer the batter into a biscuit press machine and start carefully dispensing the batter on a baking sheet, and make sure there is enough space between each biscuit
  • Bake in a 375 F° preheated oven for 11-15 minutes, keep an eye on the biscuits for just when they get golden around the edges.
  • Let them completely cool down before serving or storing.
