How to Make

  1. Mix your dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients well together.
  2. Add your melted butter and continue mixing.
  3. Melt your cheddar cheese in the microwave for just less than a minute
  4. Add your melted cheese to the mix you prepped and mix the wet and the dry ingredients well until they form a dough.
  5. Start kneading the dough with your hands.
  6. Place the dough on a parchment sheet on a tray and spread it out into the thickness you want for your crackers.
  7. Take a pizza cutter or pastry wheel and gently slice through the dough but without separating or cutting it. This step is to form the squares that the crackers will be shaped in.
  8. Bake your crackers in a 350 F oven for 10-12 minutes.
  9.  After your crackers bake, let them cool down completely
  10. Start separating them into the square slices they were shaped into And you’re ready to eat your snack!
  11. You can eat these crackers with a dip (I like mine with salsa or guac), or you can eat the crackers as they are, they are perfect! Enjoy!
